The Heart of Our Mission
Farm Fresh & Hot Meal Program
We provide farm fresh produce to the underserved, impoverished, disabled, elderly, and homeless throughout San Bernardino and Riverside County. Not only do we farm on 2 acres to grow food for the community but we also partner with other farmers and organizations who provide us fresh produce so we can create food boxes for hundreds of families and personally deliver to the community. To better serve the homeless who cannot prepare meals easily, we prepare hot meals and distribute them during our weekly homeless outreach.
Social & Transitional Assistance
We conduct a needs assessment with each participant to help match resources and opportunity to directly address their current needs or barriers, and facilitate the process of acquiring assistance. Some needs may require multiple resources, but we go through the extensive process to connect them to as many as they need to help them excel. We assist with job readiness, employment search, career and education planning, DOR applications, FAFSA, DMV, Court, Tax, & Welfare applications and form processing, clothing & hygiene, transitional housing and detox programs, as well mental health.
You deserve the best version of yourself, and we are here to cheerlead you all the way. We provide participants a personal planner so they can record personal, career, financial, and wellness goals. We help identify any barriers and create actionable steps to overcome them. Aside from accountability we provide encouragement to see you through each hurdle and victory. We also provide sponsorship to complete 12-steps to participants that need to complete them, as well as offer transportation to Bible Studies, Celebrate Recovery, AA Meetings, monthly fellowship activities and yearly retreats.

HELP US RAISE FUNDS FOR OUR NEXT STEPS!
We currently partner with several housing programs, sober livings, and transitional housing facilities, but there is still a crucial need for housing people that are dual diagnosis, or that don't always meet the eligibility requirements of other programs. Our goal is for Enlightened Pathways to launch its own Housing Facility that fulfills this urgent need and can provide immediate housing for individuals that are denied placement.
We use our personal vehicles to provide participants with transportation to court, DMV appointments, Doctor's Appointments, Employment Interviews, AA and CR meetings, etc., and we are hoping to purchase a company vehicle that will help us increase our transportation capabilities to better serve our participants.
We would like to grow our family of talented staff and be able to properly compensate the diligent and committed individuals that give of themselves to this mission full-time. Our goal is to raise enough support and funds not only to propel our projects forward but to provide employment to people who love working the frontlines of this organization and are remarkably talented.
